Meditation offers us an opportunity to find equilibrium in the ebb and flow of our daily lives. In these meditation sessions, we cultivate our capacity of awareness and attention by learning to connect with our inner-world more deeply. Mindfulness embraces the actuality of the mind, heart and body--By using ancient meditations, yogic breathwork, and mindfulness techniques, our aim is to be in a wiser relationship to our mental health.
